WILL LANE - FOUNDER & MANAGING DIRECTOR

Will is the Founder and Managing Director of Chiltern Management. A member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors with a Bachelor in Quantity Surveying and Construction Cost Management from Nottingham Trent University, he brings over 14 years of international experience across the UK and Canada. Will founded Chiltern Management in 2022 to provide cost consulting, cost management, and loan monitoring services to owners, developers and lenders across Canada.

JASKARAN HANSPAL - DIRECTOR, ESTIMATING & MONITORING

Jaskaran is a Toronto based Quantity Surveyor with over 7 years' experience delivering cost consulting services across commercial and residential projects in Canada and India. A member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the Canadian Institute of Quantity Surveyors, he holds a Bachelor of Architectural Science from Toronto Metropolitan University, specialising in Project Management and Estimating. As Director of Estimating & Loan Monitoring at Chiltern Management, Jaskaran leads pre-contract estimating and lender-side monitoring engagements for developers and lenders across Canada.
